To use Fit For Her, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law

Our services are designed for and marketed to adult women. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use this platform.

Creating an account:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account details up to date
• Choose a strong, unique password

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Fit For Her provides access to:

We strive to keep the platform available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

Subscription:

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plans are displayed at sign-up.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on the plan you select).
• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each billing cycle.

Free trials and promotions:

Any free trial or promotional period will be specified at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@fitforher.online.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for future periods.
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Failed payments:

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If it remains unpaid, your access to subscription features may be suspended until payment is received.

Price changes:

We may change our pricing from time to time. We will notify you of any price changes in advance. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Our content:

• All content on the Fit For Her platform — including text, graphics, logos, workout videos, exercise descriptions, software, and design — is owned by Fit For Her or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Your content:

• You retain ownership of any content you create and share on the platform (such as profile information and messages).
• By posting content on Fit For Her, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, copy, modify, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote our services.

Feedback:

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our platform, we may use them without obligation to you.

When using Fit For Her, you must not:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
• Impersonate anyone or falsely represent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to spam, solicit, or distribute unwanted content
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the platform
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform without our permission
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose not authorised by us
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers connected to it
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform without prior written consent

We reserve the right to remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these restrictions.

By using Fit For Her, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and abilities
• You should consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness program — especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or are postpartum
• Our workouts may not be suitable for everyone, and individual results vary
• Fit For Her is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

If you experience pain, dizziness, nausea, or any adverse reaction during a workout, stop immediately and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Fit For Her. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms and privacy policies.

Fit For Her is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That defects or errors will be corrected
• That the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• That fitness results will be achieved or are guaranteed

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit For Her and our directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any claim or loss arising from content posted by users
• Any act or omission of a third party

Our total liability in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed, in aggregate, the greater of your subscription fee for the preceding 12 months or AUD $100.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fit For Her and our directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the platform
• Any content you create or share on the platform
• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party

Suspension:

• We may suspend your account or access to the platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are engaged in prohibited activities, or your account poses a security risk.
• We will give you notice where appropriate and an opportunity to respond before suspension, except in urgent circumstances.

Termination by you:

You can close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@fitforher.online.

Termination by us:

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or for other reasons.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.

Governing law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes:

If a dispute arises between you and Fit For Her, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fit For Her regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
